Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our simple cancellation policy to keep things fair for both guests and hosts:

• Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip start time.
• 50% refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip start.
• No refund for cancellations made after the trip has started or for no-shows.

All refunds are expected to be returned within10 business days.
